Will my order be delayed when the salesman is resigned?

I am a skin care product brand owner from the United States. I develop organic cream, lotion and facial cleanser in US and purchase packages from China, Vietnam and India.

Uzone package company is one of my suppliers in China. I found them on Alibaba, liked their black and white glass bottles for lotion and serum.Actually I was using the similar violet glass from another company, but I noticed that the price of the black glass bottle of Uzone is much cheaper. Although cheap price is not the only point I concern, no one will reject a lower product cost. So I gave a try, asked for the samples of several volumes with different lids. What surprised me was the bottles are quite well and I could not tell any differences between them and my old bottles. This is how I started the cooperation with Uzone.

In April this year, I placed an order of the opaque black glass bottles again but with some new designs. I have 5 models bottles including essential oil, lotion, cream and cleanser and the printings have 11 drawings. The saleswoman who helped me for my past 3 orders informed that she resigned from Uzone when we were adjusting the designs. I was so upset and worried that I have to look for new supplier or a new sales who knows nothing about my order. While just at the same day that I was told, her colleague was introduced to me and 3 of us started discussing about the details together on WhatsApp. I felt alright at least it seems that I was not forgotte, either my orders.

During 1 month later on, the new sales was assisting me with all the designs adjustment quite patiently. To be honest, even my designer quit because the manager changed the designs for too many times. It really surprised me that Uzone helped me to the end. Their designer offered free but excellent service, the drawings were finally perfect. And the new sales who took over the order seems very nice to work with.

I was so happy that my lotion bottles, essential oil bottles, cream jars are under production now.
